We offer a menu-driven property management service for all our the properties we develop. We can also offer this service for other properties, but this would be subject to us performing an inspection first to establish specific requirements and / or constraints. The service options available range from performing regular checks when the property is empty and, for example, after major storms, to performing routine maintenance, to managing tenancies, to ensuring that the fridge is fully stocked with your favourite local produce when you arrive for your holiday.
